About Coram Deo

Greetings! By way of introduction I am a born-again Christian who seeks to live in the presence of, under the authority of, and to the honor and glory of the Triune Yahweh Elohim Shaddai–the One True and Living LORD God Almighty Who is the self contained, self sufficient, and unique infinite Creator of all things. I believe the historic, orthodox, Biblical Christian faith as found in the 66 books of the Holy Bible is the only true and right religion that has been revealed to mankind and all other faiths and extra-Biblical sources of revelation are absolutely false and without any eternal merit or redemptive power. Through this medium I hope to share my worldview with any who are interested, and in this manner I hope to expand my witness to the lost, and extend whatever ability I’ve been given to edify the believer to the praise of the glory of the Lord Jesus Christ, the risen Savior. Sola Scriptura! (Scripture alone), Sola Fide! (faith alone), Sola Gratia! (grace alone), Soli Christo! (Christ alone) - Soli Deo Gloria! (to God alone be glory)

Signs of the Times

Perhaps you’ve seen them.  The “Signs of the Times”.  There’s one not far from my house which, ironically, I only see on my commute to church. Who is behind these mysterious billboards which have popped up like so many poisonous … Continue reading

On Christian Parenting

In my previous post entitled “On Moralistic Therapeutic Deism” I briefly outlined the contours of this insidious and pervasive spiritual parasite which masquerades as piety, but which is in fact a form of soul-damning false religion. Much to our collective shame many … Continue reading

Live By The Sword…

Bell’s Hell – Satan’s [Not] Coming for You!

As of late I’ve been covering Dr. John MacArthur’s thorough and devastating doctrinal exposé of Rob Bell’s manifold heresies, while pointing to the undeniable, and well documented fact that Rick Warren has been traveling down the self-same road for more than thirty years. I’m … Continue reading

Rick Warren: “Doctrinal and Sound?” Hardly

A couple of days ago I blogged on the topic of Dr. John MacArthur’s withering blast straight into the empty, hollow hull of Rob Bell’s spiritually adulterous “Love Boat”. Evidently Bell’s latest assault on the Bible finally brought MacArthur’s big guns … Continue reading

Dear John

Dear John, I don’t know where to begin, only where to end. You’ve not been there defending the faith once delivered unto the saints when you should have been, time and again.  I kept thinking that I would give you another chance – I gave you many … Continue reading
