Uh-oh: calling Linus. Paul Washer says, “Most people today believe they’re saved because they’re trusting in the sincerity of their decision and not the work of Christ, nor the power of God in salvation.” I hate it when Truth invades our craven, selfish, flesh glorifying imaginations.
Amen Manfred; this is why we MUST contend earnestly for the faith. With the overwhelming apostasy that’s everywhere, the remnant must continue to speak God’s truth, especially in this time when men just want their ears tickled, and their sins left unchecked.

Washer really is a true watchmen of the faith.
May the LORD rise up new men who boldly and lovingly proclaim the glorious gospel of salvation!
And may the LORD expose the folly of the false teacher of our day to those who sit under it each Sunday!
I like to listen to Paul Washer. I hope and pray that he doesn’t end up like so many of the other preachers that have gone astray. I don’t believe he will though.
I am hoping that I can turn the people in my Sunday school class to him. I am letting the leader of our class listen to Hell’s best kept secret and true and false conversion by Ray Comfort. If they like that I think I will introduce them to John Macarthur, R.C. Sproul, Paul Washer, Spurgeon, Phil Johnson, James White, etc…
They might run me out for bringing in that “Calvinsit heresy”. LOL
As soon as I saw the title of this blog entry, I knew that something from Paul Washer was waiting for me. God uses that man to terrify me.
Wow, it’s like Paul Washer was speaking right to me. I was having this very conversation today with a couple friends on Facebook who did not like me criticizing Rick Warren’s approach on the Gospel. What Washer says in this video were the very things I was saying to these friends.
Thank you for sharing this.
