But this is now, when “Christian” preachers are in the forefront of bringing about the prophesied one-world religion under Antichrist.

Time is getting short, brethren. Hense the need to expose all false teachings, and false teachers, wherever they are found. And thus the vital need for Defending Contending and other Biblically sound apologetics ministries.

I disagree with McClaren in his area of vocation, he really is in the ranks with other motivational and social speakers, he should refrain from being a pastor. If he were to do that, then maybe his positions on this problem would be considered differently. He might better fit as a religions or social work professor. If those other religions were to see Jesus the figure in the way McClaren presupposes, maybe we could have a peaceful resolution amongst the people in the world who don’t believe in Jihad and other violent things. Maybe we as a human race would fight against Jihad like things and bring more saftey among the world. But, that is rather unlikely. Like Solomon said “there is nothing new under the sun.” And people of all false religions will fight that we are inherently good.
