I don't think this is shocking whatsoever, plus wal-mart is free to sell whatever book they please. Will I stop shopping there because of this? of-course not! Shall we boycott the wall-mart?
That would simply be idiotic. Perhaps What is more shocking are these so-called "christian" book stores which carry plenty of "toxic" & "fast-food" christian books. This is were discernment comes in play.

I don't know why that is a surprise. I wont even be surprised when "Christian" book stores start selling the book of Morman. They are almost there anyways.

As you say - it ain't much of a stretch. Since Wal-Mart is a pagan company, why not sell Mormon stuff? It's no worse than Osteen's bilge, maybe better - culturally speaking.

The "Christian" stuff they sell is mostly tripe.

I go to Wal-Mart for clothes, groceries, and hardware and such. I do not rely on them for my spiritual food.

Them that call themselves Christian and spew filth (such as <a href="http://defendingcontending.com/2009/12/05/you-not-god-decides-when-you-die-jesse-duplantis-continues-his-twisting/" rel="nofollow">Jesse Duplantis</a>) need rebuke.
