Sermon of the week: “The Gospel of Justifying Grace” by Brian Borgman (Part 3 of 3).

Your sermon of the week is Brian Borgman’s message The Gospel of Justifying Grace (Part 3). This is part three of three on justifying grace and is a source of encouragement for believers in the assurance of salvation and the doctrine of justification. You can find part one here and part two here.

Just listened to them all in this series and they were outstanding, thank you for posting this here.

  2. Dear PapaPatriot:

Thanks for the comment. I was beginning to wonder if you were on an extended vacation; hadn’t heard from you in a while.

I know that you’ve listened to just about every Don Green / Phil Johnson sermon available, so when one of them is our featured sermon of the week, you’ve already traveled that road (been there, heard that).

Unfortunately, (or fortunately, depending upon your perspective) I will have more sermons by this dynamic duo in the future. But for your sake I will put other sermons up as well so you still have a reason to visit DefCon on Wednesdays to download your sermon of the week.

This is the itinerary for the next few weeks:
February 4th: Phil Johnson on Christian Unity. A must-hear for many of our opponents on DefCon.
February 11th: Voddie Baucham on raising children. A great message even for people without kids.
February 18th: Don Green on not casting our pearls before swine. A must-hear for our contributors and commenters on DefCon.

Thanks for your continued readership and encouragement.

P.S. If you missed it, I posted another message by Pastor Borgman in July entitled The Believer’s Frustration and Discovery.
