How to make a false convert.

You will see in this video numerous false converts made right before your very eyes. False converts that will grow up with an aversion to the true Gospel at best, and a hostility to the true Gospel at worst. This is what American Christianity has become.

Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites, because you travel around on sea and land to make one proselyte; and when he becomes one, you make him twice as much a son of hell as yourselves.

Matthew 23:15

  1. I first saw this at Symphony of Scripture. I am also planning on writing a Gospel Review of it at Cal.vini.st. I’m just waiting for an edited version of the clip.

  2. This is so sickening. They are better off to leave the kids alone than to give them this false Jesus. These kids have absolutely no understanding of what they just did. So so sad. What a cheap thrill for them. They have moved things down a rung. Instead of sinners prayer, it’s now what we have done wrong prayer. They will write this up in their news bulletin, how many kids were saved. I would like to ask them, SAVED FROM WHAT.

  3. This was so wrong! Now, these children will grow up thinking they were saved and nothing you can do or say (for most of them) will convince them otherwise!

  4. Ah I remember saying those prayers every sunday with one eye closed. To me they were prayers worth treading underfoot. Now that I am a dad I prefer to let my kids understand the 10 commandments and try to live them out! The day they realise they have failed to keep God’s Law is the day they will realise they have been accumulating wrath unto themselves and they need a Saviour. One is not ready to know how good God’s Grace is untill he realises it is his sin and lawlessness that will seperate him from God. The gospel is God’s Breaking News story that you cannot fulfill that Law….some one did it for them.
