I can’t find it on the Mars Hill site. The article you linked to has a link that goes nowhere. The only reading list I could find is on the Acts 29 Network site:

I found none of the controversial books/authors on that site. I did find authors like John Piper, John Frame, Wayne Grudem, Bruce Ware, John Stott, etc.
