For many of them the unexpected grief they experience is probably a fitting punishment.

If a woman has an abortion because she’s irresponsible or because it’s convenient the punishment should be that she be sterilized so she can never become pregnant again.

I personally blame most of it on the Doctors. Yes it is the women who makes the choice, but it’s largely due to the fact that they mislead the women. That I can’t stand.

I agree the doctors should be included. Thinking about it further, perhaps the mothers would be guilty of conspiracy to commit murder? Some fathers would be guilty of the same, while others would simply be out of the picture (never having know) – case by case basis.

The Doctors should definetely be prosecuted to the full extant.

The women are too often mislead into having one, so the sentance should be lighter.

We would also have to hold the man responsible, perhaps more so.

You are correct. Abortion is premeditated murder. The penalty for premeditated murder varies, but what ever sentencing rules apply for that in the location it occurs should also apply to this type of premeditated murder. And yes, I know many women who would have been charged and found guilty and sentenced. I also know at least one who has done this and who agrees with me (I’ve only asked one).

True. However, sentencing follows the jury conviction at a different time altogether. The punishment is almost always a range that is determined following conviction.

Also, the judge can determine sentencing on a case-by-case basis with different results.

See 4:45-4:55. But you completely ignore the answer and deem it unsuitable. The woman is a protester; not a judge (6:09-6:13).

Where’s this Joe Scheidler (sp) person, anyway? Was he edited out, or did you skip interviewing him altogether?

Additionally, you’re being deliberately vague on the definition of “punishment” especially at 2:00 to 2:10. You’re deliberately blurring the line between criminal law and divine fiat. That’s 100% deceptive on your part.

And how does your audience know for certain that I wasn’t personally edited out of this video? Hmmm?

Thus, your question is truly unfair at the outset.

This is a plurium interrogationum fallacy. Are you still beating your wife?

Why is it wholly necessary for pro-life advocates to come to a consensus agreement on a suitable punishment?

Penalties for all crimes vary by state, so therefore why are you holding the picketer to an unfair standard?
